SEGC will freeze fees for its members from May until the club reopens after the enforced lockdown due to the coronavirus.
Director of Coaching Scott Hann gave an update on the approach to the developing situation which forced the club to shut its doors earlier this month.
He said: “I want to start by saying a huge thank you to all our members who have stuck by us and supported us so far and wish everybody well at this difficult time.
“I hope you have all enjoyed our videos, challenges and messages, and thank you for staying engaged and involved by sending us yours.
“As you know, we have initially proposed a closure until April 27, so for a period of four weeks.
“We have asked our members, where they can, to continue to support us through this period by paying April’s fees.
“In return we will ensure all our recreational members will get all of the hours they have paid for, which will include coaching from our top coaches, clinics and special surprise interactions.
“All our squad members will be given make up sessions until all the missed hours have been completed.
“But please note, if we must close past April 27, we will be freezing all members’ fees until we reopen.
“There will be no need for you to do anything, we will ensure that no monies are taken from your accounts.”
The club will be making further announcements in the coming weeks and would again like to thank all members for sticking by your gym at this difficult time.
