MAX WHITLOCK ADDS ALL-AROUND TITLE TO TEAM GOLD AT GLASGOW 2014

MAX WHITLOCK’S brilliant Commonwealth Games continued on Wednesday afternoon when he added the all-around title to the gold medal he won with Team England on Tuesday.

South Essex gymnast Max, 21, scored an incredible 90.631 after six rotations to win the men’s title in Scotland ahead of Scotland’s Daniel Keatings (88.298) and England teenager Nile Wilson (87.965), who took the bronze.

Max and Nile were also part of the men’s team with Louis Smith, Sam Oldham and Kristian Thomas who won gold with a score of 266.804 on Tuesday.
