What is Parent and Toddler?

This is a chance for parents to have fun with their young children in a safe and stimulating gymnastic environment.
Sessions are suitable for children aged 1 to 6 years old who would rather be accompanied by their parent.
Many children start with this session and then move on to a coached class.
There is always a qualified coach in attendance to assist and advise but during this session parents are responsible for their children.
One-hour classes are held: Monday to Friday 9.45am – 10.45am & Sundays 8.50am – 9.50am & 10am – 11am   (closed bank holidays)  Cost: £3.60 per child

We have just introduced on a trial basis a 10 week session card with 1 free at the cost of £36. You can use these any day upto the expire date of 30/9/2013. Everytime you come you card will be stamped & signed on entry to the gym.

    Verity was part of the Basildon Gymnastics Club that joined other clubs to found SEGC in 1992. As a gymnast Verity was part of the display team that performed in the Royal Albert Hall for the International Year of Youth and she competed at National level in rhythmic gymnastics. As a coach, her proudest moments have been the expansion of SEGC’s rhythmic participants from 10 to over 60. She has coached over 20 gymnasts to compete at national and international events and has had two gymnasts selected for the GB squad.

    - Safeguarding and Protecting Children    Jamie-Leigh joined the club in 1995 as a gymnast where in her career she won many medals at regional level. As a coach Jamie-Leigh has coached a gymnast to win every county club voluntary level for 3 years. Some of her other proudest moments as a coach have been when she completed her training for level 4 coach and when she was given an elite group in 2009.
