Freestyle Gymnastics

What is Freestyle Gymnastics?

Freestyle Gymnastics is a term adopted by British Gymnastics to describe a new and rapidly developing activity which also incorporates aspects of other popular activities, such as Parkour, Free running and Urban Gymnastics, linked together with martial arts kicking links.

South Essex Gymnastics Club is offering a freestyle gymnastics class, which provides the opportunity for participants to come along and learn or practice their skills in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with the general focus being on a wide range o acrobatic and vault work.
