Disability Gymnastics

What is Disability Gymnastics?

These classes are run in conjunction with local special schools and are held Monday and Wednesday between 9.45 and 2.45.
We do our very best to integrate individuals with disabilities into our pre-school and gymschool classes. If you have a child with special needs who is interested in participating in gymnastic sessions please call us at the gym so that we can discuss their individual needs.
We also offer a class on a Thursday 5-6pm, this class needs to be booked in advanced.
