Rhythmic Gymnastics uses five different pieces of apparatus on a floor area, the rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. A successful gymnast should show strength, flexibility, grace, fluidity and hand eye co-ordination.

Pre-School Gymnastics is for children over the age of 2 until they go to full time school. The gymnasts work in small groups to help develop their confidence and co-ordination.

Gymschool Gymnastics is a step on from Pre-School gymnastics. In Gymschool the gymnasts develop their basic gymnastic skills and work towards a club competition held at the end of spring.

Advanced Gymschool Gymnastics is a two hour class for gymnasts who excel at Gymschool and want to develop their gymnastic skills. These classes are for both girls and boys but are run at different times.

Disability Gymnastics runs in conjunction with local special schools to help develop young disabled people’s basic gymnastic skills and core stability. We also offer a class on a Thursday evening for disabled children which is not run through schools.

Parent and Toddler classes are open for parents to bring their children for an hour to simply come in the gym and play. Children must be younger than school age, however we do change this slightly in the term breaks to allow sisters and brothers to attend also.

Freestyle Gymnastics is a combination of parkour, free running, urban gymnastics and martial arts. These classes are run on a Tuesday for adults and Monday & Wednesdays for under 18s.

Adult Gymnastics is for those older people who want to return back to the gym to see what they can still do or ever for those who have never started gymnastics but want to give it a try. It is a great way to build up strength and core stability. Thursday evenings 8.30-10pm.

Gymnastic Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays for a hour and a half or two hours. The parties are lead by a head coach and there is an assistant to help observe the party and to make it a safe but fun environment.

Gymnastic Fun Sessions run only during the holidays. They are great for entertaining the children whilst they are off of school. They play games and take part in gymnastic skills on a variety of apparatus. Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 10-12, 1-4 or all day 10-4.
