Gymnastic Opportunities Gymnastics has a lot to offer young children. We aim to improve their physical well-being, posture, co-ordination concentration and confidence in a way that is stimulating, challenging, SAFE and FUN. The South Essex Gymnastics Club has a superb purpose built gymnastics facility and a team of experienced coaches offering exciting opportunities for children of all ages and abilities. One hour sessions held: Monday - Friday 9.45–10.45am . £3.00 per child. NO NEED TO BOOK
Pre-School Classes
Structured gymnastic sessions designed for children aged 2 ½ - 4 years to help develop a confident and co-ordinated youngster. Gymnasts work in small groups with a coach. One hour classes held Monday - Friday. Currently £34 for a six week course.
Structured gymnastic classes for children of school age regardless of ability and aptitude. Gymnasts work in small groups with a coach. One-hour classes held Monday – Friday. Currently £34 for a six week course.
Advanced Gymschool (2 hour classes)
For gymnasts who have previous experience or are keen to make more progress we have a selection of two hour classes. Two hour classes are held on Saturday, Sunday and some weekdays.
Subject to availability parties can be booked on Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon NB Parties are very popular and get booked up well in advance. To save disappointment please book early.
Adult gym classes are 'pay as you go' so there is no commitment to being
