Adult GymAdult gym classes have returned to 'pay as you go' which means you are welcome to come along to any of our sessions without having to book Current price is £6.00 per session. Classes take place every Monday (not Bank Holidays) and Thursday from 8.30 – 10.00pm. These sessions are structured under the guidance of qualified and very experienced coaches. This class caters for complete beginners wanting to learn some gymnastic based exercise to advanced ex-gymnasts wanting to keep fit and to see what they can still achieve!
