RACHEL LATTIMER and Josslyn Miller have been called up to the British Espoir Under-12s squad.
They will attend training sessions with the cream of the UK’s talent at Lilleshall over the next six months after earning their spots at the British Qualification Testing event in Solihull in February.
It is the second year running that Rachel has made the squad but it will be a debut for Josslyn.
The duo were also part of a group of 26 SEGC gymnasts in action at the 2016 British Rhythmic Open Championships on the weekend (March 18-20).
In Espoir, Rachel was 14th in Free and second with Hoop, Josslyn was 13th Free and 18th Hoop, Evie Savage was second with Rope and 14th Ball, and Emily Hardy was 23rd Free and 25th Hoop.
In the Junior section, Elizabeth Packman was 14th Rope, 19th Hoop and 17th Ball; Jade Woollard was 15th Hoop, ninth Ball and 14th Clubs; and Connie Miller was 31st Hoop and 39th Clubs.
And in the Senior competition, Rebecca Wright was sixth with the Ball , 11th Clubs and tenth Ribbon; and Sophie Michalaki was 15th Hoop, 19th Clubs and 15th Ribbon.
