It was another milestone moment for the teenager, who also made the all-around final at the Games on Thursday.
Brinn started his first season at senior level this year with the English all-around title and a high-bar bronze at the British Championships in March.
He also scored a 15.150 PB on pommel at the World Cup event in Portugal in May.
